User: Any person or entity that uses the Mashhor application or website to request influencer services, submit a campaign brief, or make an inquiry or complaint.
Celebrity / Influencer: A public figure, creator, or service provider who offers advertising, promotional, or content-creation services through the Mashhor platform.
The Company: Mashhor Hub for Advertising & Marketing, the legal owner and operator of the “Mashhor” application and website, established in Kuwait.
Third Party: Any company, organization, or external partner that advertises with us, collaborates with us, or interacts with the platform in connection with our services.
The Mashhor platform functions as a digital marketplace connecting clients with influencers for advertising and promotional purposes. The Company facilitates introductions, manages payments, and ensures a safe environment for both parties.
The Company is not responsible for any direct agreements that occur outside the platform and does not act as an employer for any influencer.
Users must provide accurate information when submitting requests or communicating with influencers. Any misuse of the platform, false information, or attempts to bypass the system may result in suspension or permanent account termination.
Payments must be made exclusively through the Mashhor platform, and users agree to respect the workflow and guidelines established by the Company.
Influencers must deliver the agreed content professionally and within the requested timeframe after accepting a campaign.
Influencers agree not to contact clients outside the Mashhor platform for paid services and must comply with all Kuwaiti laws, including advertising and content regulations.
Failure to deliver content may lead to cancellation, withheld payments, or account suspension.
Clients may submit requests through the app or website and select the influencer they wish to collaborate with.
Influencers may freely accept or decline any request before confirmation. Once accepted, the request becomes binding and must be completed as agreed.
All payments are processed securely through the Mashhor platform. Influencers will receive their earnings only after the client confirms delivery of the content.
The Company may freeze or delay payout if a complaint, violation, or dispute is submitted regarding the campaign.
Users may cancel their request before the influencer accepts it. After acceptance, cancellation depends on the nature of the request and the platform's policy.
If an influencer fails to deliver, the client may be eligible for a refund. If a client breaches agreement terms, the Company reserves the right to deny refunds.
Users agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Misusing the platform or attempting to contact influencers directly for paid work.
- Posting illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
- Providing false identity or impersonating others.
- Bypassing platform fees or workflow.
Content delivered by influencers belongs to the client according to the agreed usage. Influencers may not resell or reuse the content without permission.
The Company may store content for operational, technical, or legal reasons but will not publish it without consent.
The Company will attempt to resolve disputes between clients and influencers internally. If unresolved, both parties agree that the courts of the State of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction.
The Company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse, external agreements, or actions outside the Mashhor platform.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued platform use indicates agreement with the updated terms.
