1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Mashhor Hub ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site or utilizing our marketing, branding, web development, or AI services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our services, and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final payment for contracted services (such as Brand Identity or Web Development), ownership of the finalized deliverables is transferred to you, the client, unless otherwise specified in your specific service agreement.

By using the Site or booking our services, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration and project information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Services and Pricing

All pricing listed on the Site (e.g., our Starter, Growth, and Performance packages) are subject to change. The final scope, pricing, and timeline for any given project will be defined in a formal proposal or contract sent to you after your initial consultation. We reserve the right to refuse service to any entity if their project scope falls outside our ethical guidelines or capabilities.

5. Content Production and Revisions

For retainers and content production packages, revision cycles are defined per your contract. Typically, we allow two rounds of minor revisions per design asset before final delivery. Any additional revisions may incur supplementary and mutually agreed-upon fees.

6. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or listed services.
