3. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site to:
- Create and manage your account or project files.
- Process your service requests and deliver marketing campaigns, brand assets, or digital products.

4. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
5. Tracking Technologies
Cookies and Web Beacons: We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Site to help customize the Site and improve your experience. When you access the Site, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. You can read more about this in our generalized Cookie terms.
6. Google User Data (WorkZone connected accounts)
WorkZone, our work-management app, lets each person connect their own Google account so they can save files, export lists, send email and use their calendar from inside WorkZone. Connecting is optional, each Google service is connected separately, and nothing is read or changed except when the person presses the matching button.
- Google Drive (drive.file): we create a folder called "WorkZone" and save the files the person chooses (task files, reports, brand guides). The app can only see files it created itself, never the rest of the person's Drive.
- Google Sheets (spreadsheets): we create a new spreadsheet from a list the person exports, and read a spreadsheet only when the person pastes its link to import rows as tasks.
- Gmail (gmail.send): we send a message from the person's own address when they press Send. This permission can only send; we cannot read, list, search or delete any email.
- Google Calendar (calendar.events): we add the person's tasks, plans and bookings to their primary calendar, and list events of a period they choose so they can import them. We do not read or change calendar settings or sharing.
- Profile (openid, email, profile): we read the person's Google email address only to show which account is connected.
What we store. Only the connected email address, the list of services allowed, the id of the WorkZone folder, and an access token that is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) on our server. We do not keep copies of the content of your Drive files, spreadsheets, emails or calendar. Rows or events you choose to import become tasks or plan blocks in your own WorkZone workspace, like anything else you create there. Our activity log records that an action happened (for example, an email was sent and to how many recipients), not what it said.
Limited Use. Mashhor Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we use Google user data only to provide the features the person asked for; we do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI or machine-learning models, do not share it with third parties except as needed to provide those features or as the law requires, and no one at Mashhor Hub reads it except with the person's explicit consent or for security and abuse investigation.
Your control. You can disconnect at any time from WorkZone → Connected accounts. Disconnecting revokes the permission with Google and deletes the stored token and connection record from our systems. You can also remove access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Files already saved to your own Drive or calendar stay in your account, because they belong to you. To delete your WorkZone account and personal data, follow the steps here (in the app, or by email). To ask us to delete anything else, write to info@mashhor-hub.com.
