Delete your WorkZone account

1. Delete it from the app (the fast way)

1. Open WorkZone (the Android app, the iPhone app, the Windows app, or mashhor-hub.com/workzone) and sign in.
2. Press your picture, then My account → Security → Delete my account.
3. Press Send me a code. We email a 6-digit code to the address of your account (it works once, for 15 minutes).
4. Type your email address and the code, then confirm. The deletion starts at once and cannot be undone.

2. What is deleted, and what stays

Deleted at once:

• your sign-in and your profile (name, email, picture, phone);
• your notifications, your planner (time blocks, reminders, notes), your calendar links and your daily logs;
• the push-notification registrations of your phones and computers;
• the Google or Microsoft accounts you connected (the permission is revoked at Google / Microsoft first), and the API keys you created;
• your support messages.

What stays: Work that belongs to your company, not to you personally - projects, tasks, comments, documents, time and billing entries and the activity log - stays in the company's workspace, because the company needs it for its own records. Your name on it is replaced by "Deleted user". Files you attached to company work stay with that work.

3. Before you delete

• The only admin of a company: hand the company over first (add another admin in Users). Deleting is refused until then, so a company is never left without an admin.
• A Mashhor Hub staff member, or someone who also has a Mashhor Hub marketplace account: deleting here removes your WorkZone access and data only. Your Mashhor Hub account stays (it can hold orders and payouts); write to us to delete that too.
• Want to delete only some things? You do not have to delete the account: clear notifications from your Inbox, and disconnect Google or Microsoft in Connected accounts.

4. Cannot sign in? Ask us by email

Write to info@mashhor-hub.com from the email address of the account with the subject "Delete my WorkZone account". We check that the request comes from the account's owner, reply within 7 days, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We never delete an account on the strength of a message from a different address.
