By accessing or using our platform, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Platform/App: The “Mashhoor” application owned by the Company.
Company: Mashhor Hub Advertising & Marketing – Kuwait.
Influencer/Celebrity: A service provider delivering advertising content through the platform.
Client: Any person requesting an advertisement or promotional service.
Advertisement: Content produced and delivered by the influencer to the client.
The platform serves as a digital marketplace connecting clients with influencers.
The Company’s role is organizational—managing requests, payments, and rights.
The Company is not a contracting party in the agreement between the client and influencer.
The influencer may accept or decline any request before approval.
Once accepted, they are legally bound to deliver the advertisement on time and with professional quality.
Influencers must not communicate or deal with clients outside the platform.
Influencers are fully responsible for the legality, quality, and safety of their content.
The Company deducts a fixed commission after successful delivery.
Clients must provide accurate and clear information when submitting requests.
Clients have the right to receive the final content exactly as agreed.
Clients may not request additional tasks not included in the original order.
Payments must be made only through the platform.
Influencer payouts occur only after:
Full completion of the advertisement.
Confirmation of delivery by the client through the platform.
The Company may hold or freeze payments in case of disputes or formal complaints.
Clients may cancel the request before the influencer accepts it.
After acceptance, cancellation is subject to platform policies and Company approval.
If the influencer fails to deliver, the client may be refunded.
If the client breaches the agreement, the Company may take necessary action to protect the influencer.
Final content belongs to the client according to the agreed usage scope.
Influencers may not resell or reuse the content commercially without permission.
The Company may retain content for operational or technical purposes only.
Users may not:
Misuse or attempt to bypass the platform
Publish unlawful, offensive, or unethical content
Impersonate others or use false identities
Conduct transactions outside the platform to avoid fees
Disputes are first handled internally by the support team.
If unresolved, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Courts of the State of Kuwait.
The Company is not liable for any direct dealings made outside the platform.
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Material changes will be communicated to users.
Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
